Henley, a new modern American brasserie, will open in Nashville in late spring with James Beard Award-winning chef RJ Cooper at the helm. Part of the Kimpton Aertson Hotel, the American brasserie will feature a design from Denver’s OZ Architecture.

Named in honor of the iconic shirt made popular during the early 1900s, which originally was a symbol of rebellion, the design represents its approachable and laidback style. Crafted with the comforts of home in mind, Henley will be clad with colors and textures that transition from light to dark as guests move through the bar and dining room. Rich textures and elegant furniture will balance the contemporary eatery, while handcrafted furnishings from local artisans will highlight the wide array of Nashville talent.

In addition, an outdoor dining space will be located along Broadway as well as a private dining room called the Snooker.
