MAPLE RIDGE GROCER

TULSa, OK

THE NEW NEIGHBORHOOD HANGOUT SPOT.

A revival of an old grocery store from the 60’s, each detail was carefully designed to evoke a sense of the past while breathing new life into the space. Think ‘Mad Men’ meets grocery store, restaurant and bakery bar.

The layout of the restaurant is based on aisles you’d find in a grocery store, the rose terrazzo floors and ceiling reflect the linear lines while the soft pastels fill the walls. The color story was inspired by the colors found in the space upon demolition the walls revealed hues from the past, pistachio, rose and buttercream were apparent color schemes that worked then and now.

The experience always comes down to the details and unique guest touchpoints. Throughout the space a smattering of grocery hints and quintessential 1960’s vibes influenced the brand and its expression through tableware, uniforms, signage, menus.
